<  Water Births  ~  Has anyone done this?

I'm thinking about having a water birth at home. We have a nice Roman tub, and I think it would be very nice and relaxing. Anyone have experience with water births?

I wanted to have a water birth so bad. I love baths and find them super relaxing and thought that a water birth would be awesome. But I got stuck at 4cm while laboring and my MW didn't want me to get into the bath b/c she thought it might relax me too much an halt my progression even more.

I'd love to hear your experience afterwards. Please keep us posted.
